BioMy Favorite Highway is a four-piece rock & roll band from Northern Virginia. Their music speaks for itself; a mix of rock with pop and post-emo elements. The band is comprised of David Cook on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Brian Morgenthaler on lead Guitar, Chris Loizou on drums, and Will Cook on Bass.
Stage presence is really just a measure of confidence, and My Favorite Highway exudes confidence; from Will Cook’s too-cool swagger, to Dave’s in your face vocal performance. These elements, when combined with Loizou’s manic energy, and Brian’s focused stance make for an amazing live show.
My Favorite Highway was formed in January of 2005, and immediately began breaking the “baby band” stereotype with their on-stage confidence and well-polished, unique take on rock, power-pop, and indie styles. My Favorite Highway’s talent combined with their determination will leave listener’s asking, “Where will this band be one year from now?”
